Event Description
Lose weight and bring your kids along. Please wear workout attire and bring water. Normal schedule will be Mondays & Thursdays 8:30am.
Wednesdays will be a Fit with Tots Jog class which requires a jogging stroller. It will be held outdoors consisting of jogging & bootcamp style drills.
