DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to enjoy an evening with Javacya
  Arts Conservatory (JAC). A Spotlight performance will feature the tal
 ents of students from the private studio Minor-Floyd, Javacya Arts Con
 servatory at FAMU, and the Mary Roberts Chamber Orchestra.\n\nA recept
 ion will be held 4:45-5:30, guests will be met and greeted by JAC stud
 ents, faculty, and partners.\n\nAdmission is free. Donations will be a
 ccepted to assist with the continued support of our community-based pr
 ograms serving pre-k children to four year college students.\n\nJAC st
 udents share a love of the arts and are given many opportunities to ex
 perience it through individual and group studies, participation in mus
 ic camps, annual field trips to visit and see professional artists per
 form, and hands-on training from instructors who are passionate about 
 developing young artists. Our students are challenged to reach short a
 nd longer-term goals. Those who follow our keys to success demonstrate
  the ability to achieve in other activities such as local orchestras, 
 school bands, state contests, and standardized examinations.\n\nFor mo
